I understand there are no refunds after the procedure is completed.
If my procedure is cancelled beforehand a refund may be provided or the appointment rescheduled.
I understand that there is no guaranteed outcome to my procedure and that results may take time.

This contemporary designed clinic is located inside a private business building called Punta Este on the 10th floor. The area has a 24-hour private gated entrance with 24-hour security guards on the entire premises. Parking next to the clinic is easily accessible. There is also a cafeteria conveniently located on the 8th floor.
A receptionist is present on the 1st floor of Punta Este available for escorting patients in from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available as well.
*Please note the clinic is still available for service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
